Working Experiences and Occupation
Datuk Oh has wide experience in financial and other business sectors. He is currently the Non-Executive Director of Malayan Flour Mills Berhad and WCE Holdings Berhad, and a Council Member of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (“UTAR”).
Datuk Oh was the Chairman of the Alliance Financial Group Berhad from 2006 until his retirement from the Board in 2017. He was also the Chairman of Labuan Financial Services Authority (“Labuan FSA”) since 16 October 2018, and an Authority member of Labuan FSA from 1996 until his retirement in 2020. He was also a Non-Executive Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad and Dialog Group Berhad, a senior partner of Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia). He was a Committee Member of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) as well as a member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board.
Datuk Oh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales and served as President of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants from 1994-1996.

Working Experiences and Occupation
Being the Group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of PUC Berhad (“PUC”), Mr. Cheong oversees the operations and overall business direction of PUC across its core business areas and subsidiaries, as the Group envisions to be the leading digital services company in Malaysia. Mr. Cheong is also the Chief Executive Officer of Presto Mall Sdn Bhd.
An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Cheong started his first venture with GeoFoto Pte Ltd in 1999. As the Co-Founder and Chief Architect, he developed system architecture and marketed imaging technology in collaboration with his alma mater, National University of Singapore. As an extension of his line of work, he subsequently designed a state-of-the-art online photo printing system which was sold to Fujifilm in 2001.
Following his passion, Mr. Cheong became the Founder and Managing Director of Pictureworks Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiary companies (collectively known as “PW Group”), whereby his strategic direction propelled the company to become a regional leader in digital imaging and launched the world’s first photo printing kiosk for smart phones. Headquartered in Singapore, PW Group today has its presence in 13 countries with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Shanghai and Hong Kong, serving 100 million customers annually. The foundation in technology, the development of innovative systems, and his proven business acumen, was most recently reiterated as Mr. Cheong won the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2018TM Singapore Award in the category of Media and Lifestyle for Pictureworks, and also the World Chinese Excellent Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award in the World Chinese Economic Summit in year 2020.
Prior to this, he was with Systems@Work Pte Ltd (which was acquired by Wirecard), the first company to provide a two-way authentication for online transactions using mobile voice calls. As the Business Solutions Director, he led a team in planning and development of large scale payment systems and innovative payment products including mobile applications to meet the growing demands of Malaysia’s online ePayments ecosystem.
LIEW PENG CHUEN @ LIEW AH CHOY

Mr. Liew has more than forty (40) years of experience in the Malaysian media industry. He began his media career in the New Straits Times in 1969 and joined The Star in 1977, where he became Group Chief Editor in 1983.
He was appointed as The Star’s Editorial Consultant in 1989. He left in 1992 to join the Westmont Group, where he was Executive Director of Westmont Land (Asia) Berhad. In 1995, he returned to the media industry by joining Nanyang Press Holdings Bhd (“NPHB”).
The following year, he joined the Sin Chew Media Group, where he became Group Chief Executive Officer. In 2001, he was appointed as Group Managing Director of NPHB until he retired in 2006.
He has been in legal practice with Messrs CH Yeoh and Yiew since 2007.
RAJA ZAFURA BINTI RAJA ZAIN

Raja Zafura has been on involved in sustainable business and programme management for over 20 years. Currently Raja Zafura is leading the Customer Experience Project for the Employee Provident Fund (“EPF”), and prior to that, heading the Corporate Affairs department in the EPF. Raja Zafura brings with her keen strategic insight and deep marketing acumen built over the course of her career.
She started off in advertising, building her credentials with the publication arm of Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia, then at Bates Malaysia, an international advertising agency where she managed key accounts including the Malaysian Tobacco Company Berhad (now known as British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad).
She then served as the Head of Customer Experience of Malayan Banking Berhad’s Consumer Banking Division, overseeing marketing, advertising, and communications initiatives for consumer banking, corporate banking, and the Islamic Banking Division. Raja Zafura went on to Khazanah’s Themed Attraction Resorts and Hotels as its Senior Vice President for Marketing, Sales and Communications where she was one of the core personnel in launching KidZania while also laying the marketing and communications groundwork for other notable projects.
Raja Zafura was also a key member of the Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre’s senior leadership team, overseeing programme operations and marketing communications, before joining the EPF.

Encik Hafez’s journey as an entrepreneur started at a very young age in sales and marketing. Form his learnings in sales and marketing, he then proceeded to set up a food and beverage kiosk in Kuala Lumpur. In 2003, he established HMH Group which started with small landscaping jobs, before gaining traction and promptly moving on to acquiring major facilities management contracts for commercial buildings around Klang Valley, Perak, Melaka and Johor.
HMH Group has expanded into a number of other industries including outdoor advertising, information technology as well as American-Japanese Restaurant chain founded by the son of the Benihana Restaurant Empire. Most recently, HMH Group has become a partner in an electric bus venture that will build and provide an affordable, zero emission mass transport solution. Encik Hafez is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of HMH Group.

Mr. Fong is a business manager with over 30 years’ experience in financial derivatives in Singapore, Tokyo, London and New York.
He was the member of senior management team which created the first derivatives exchange in Singapore in 1984. He was also the senior management of various investment banks’ derivatives line of business.
Mr. Fong is currently acting as Corporate Advisor to the Audit and Risk Committee of Boodai Corporation at Group level. Boodai Corporation is an investment holding company with subsidiaries currently listed on Boursa Kuwait.
He is a director of a start-up financial technology company incorporated in Singapore to provide trading platform solutions. He is also a director of a start-up financial technology company incorporated in Singapore that provides technology payments solutions.

Currently, he holds directorships in various subsidiaries within the GENP Group and is a Director of Benih Restu Berhad, a public company which is wholly owned by GENP.
DATO’ SRI ADNAN BIN WAN MAMAT

Dato’ Sri Adnan began his career as Corporate Manager of Ramada Beach Resort Kuantan from 1986 to 1993 before joining the Pahang Chief Ministers Office as Economic Advisor to the Chief Minister until 1998.
From 1998-2000, he was appointed as Vice President of the Kuantan Municipal and was the Political Secretary to the Ministry of Information, Malaysia from 1999 to 2004.
During General Election in 2004, he contested and won the P82 seat, Indera Mahkota and subsequently elected as a Member of Parliament for the term 2004 to 2008. He was appointed as a board member of Inno Biologic Sdn Bhd from 2005.
During General Election in 2008, he contested under state seat and became the State Assembly Member for Tanjung Lumpur, Kuantan, Pahang and was also appointed as a State Executive Committee member, heading the Pahang State Youth and Sports Committee.
Under his leadership, Pahang managed to host SUKMA in 2012, ahead of its original turn, as part of after the General Election 2013, he has focused his path in the corporate world.
In politic, he held the post of Kuantan Divisional Chief of UMNO, the ruling party, from 2004 till 2018.
In 2013, he has been appointed as Chairman for MMN Bina Sdn Bhd. And also appointed Chairman to Malaysia Aviation Training Academy which is located in Kuantan.
Apart from that, since 2014, he has been one of the directors to Sungei Wang Group, a company which involves in property development, among others.
He was appointed to the Board of KNM Group Berhad, an Oil and Gas company listed in Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from 2014 to 2018.
In August 2017, he was appointed as the Chairman for FiTec, a subsidiary of Government owned agency MARA, with main business in furniture and human capital development. Currently, he is a board member for Royal Pahang Durian Sdn Bhd, Tanah Mestika Sdn Bhd, Wise Autumn Sdn Bhd and Casa Inspirasi Sdn Bhd. Also, he is a board member for Magna Prima Berhad and Infraharta Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Vertice Berhad).

Mr Ooi Kah Hoe has over 12 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. He started his career as an Audit Junior in one of the Big Four Audit Firm in Ipoh in August 2010 and left as an Audit Senior in April 2014.
Thereafter, he was employed as a Finance Manager and then to Senior Finance Manager of a private conglomerate in Ipoh from May 2014 to December 2021.
He is currently acting as Financial Controller at Fantastic Capable Sdn Bhd, a company engaging in the business of property development and investment holding. He is primarily responsible for financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, financial projections and feasibility studies.
